BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

OPTICAL HEALTH

We examine your eyes for health, not just vision. If something needs specialist attention, we'll refer you directly — retinal, corneal, cataracts, glaucoma, LASIK and more.

We recommend an annual check. We'll remind you. Come sooner if something feels off.

EYE TESTS

Full consultation — 30 minutes
All eye health checks, including retinal photography. Medicare rebates apply.

Check-up consultation — up to 20 minutes
For existing patients. Medicare rebates apply.

Prescription check — 15 minutes
Available if you've had a full test within the last year and are proceeding with new 20/20 eyewear. Bulk-billed with Medicare.

CONTACT LENSES

Whether you wear them daily or constantly, we'll find the right fit and keep it simple.

First-time wearers — 1 hour · $300 Full teaching session, trial lenses and follow-up appointments included. No Medicare rebate.

Re-fit — $100 For existing wearers. Trial lenses ordered if required.

We stock an extensive range of daily contact lenses.

LENSES

We finish all lenses in-house. State-of-the-art equipment, consistent results — no outsourcing, no compromises. Unique eyewear requires precise fitting. We take that seriously.

  • Can't make business hours, or prefer to browse without interruption? We offer after-hours private viewings at Brisbane Arcade — champagne, no rush, expert attention.

    Booking deposit: $600, credited to your purchase.

  • Bring your frames in every six months. We'll clean them, oil the hinges and make any adjustments — complimentary, always.

  • 20/20 eyewear repairs are complimentary, except for major work (soldering, concealed joint replacement, labour over 15 minutes). Major repairs are quoted in-store or via email.

    For non-20/20 eyewear:

    Frame adjustment — $20 Full service (clean, nose pads, adjustment) — $50 Minor repair — $20 Major repair — $60–$100

  • Insure your eyewear. Your home and contents policy will usually cover it for a small additional premium. We're happy to provide proof of purchase or replacement quotes for your insurer — just ask.

    And consider a second pair. We mean it.
