After working as a designer for Alain Mikli and Phillippe Stark, Jacques Durand launched his eponymous brand in 2010. Inspired by contemporary art, architecture and automotive design, the brand has become synonymous with pure, singular shapes and distinctive outlines. Light and matter are the design playing field of Jacques Durand – flat frame fronts and sharply-defined edges are fashioned to enhance the outline and its impact.

Jacques Durand eyewear is entirely handcrafted in Italy – the embodiment of artisanal skill and technique of craftspeople who have dedicated their lives to the pursuit of excellence in eyewear.
